Shipping our products
As we live and operate in a remote location within Australia, delivery of your order within Australia can take up to 10 business days to arrive.
We use Australia Post and can deliver parcels nationally within Australia and also internationally to any address or PO Box.
Our cost of shipping:
Standard shipping within Australia is $12.50 per order
Express shipping within Australia is $15.50 per order
Standard international shipping is $27.50 per order
Our orders will be packed and posted within three business days. You will be notified of the tracking number once your order has been shipped. You can track the whereabouts of your order via the Australia Post website. You will be notified via email when your order has been received, fulfilled and shipped.
Please note: we will provide a tracking number for our international orders. However, delivery times and tracking may be different depending on the local postal service in each international location. International customers are responsible for any duty tax and ensuring the product is permitted to be imported to chosen country of delivery.
