Introducing Lus na gcnámh briste as it is called as Gaeilge (in the Irish language) which literally translates to the plant of broken bones. In English, you will know this plant as Comfrey or colloquially as knitbone.

Lus na gcnámh briste (comfrey) is known for its powerful anti inflammatory and pain relieving properties and has an effective ability to ease the skin, muscles and bones where there has been a signifiant point of impact. It is excellent at reducing swelling, bruising and pain and has the ability to “knit” and mend the bone if it has been fractured or broken - hence where it got its name.
It has traditionally been used for thousands of years to help treat:
